maximum success fee, including VAT
- 01
If your claim is unsuccessful
You will not normally pay our legal fees.
- 02
If your claim is successful
We charge a success fee: a percentage of the compensation recovered, capped at 25% including VAT for personal injury claims.
- 03
When you might have to pay
You may be responsible for certain disbursements (such as medical reports or court fees), or the other side's costs if you fail to cooperate, exaggerate your claim or breach the CFA. We strongly advise After The Event (ATE) insurance to cover these liabilities.
